1940s Dexter factory given new life with brewery, shared office space on the way

Jeff Evans and John Evans brokered the sale of 8080 Grand in 2016. And have since served the owner brokering leases. Take a look at what has developed since!

“A 1940s powder coating facility in Dexter factory has been repurposed to house multiple tenants and is almost fully occupied.

The bright blue, 6,300-square-foot building with stone walls at 8080 Grand St. is now framed by drywall, with colorful steel beams, funky chandeliers, classic cars and four separate units.

Owners Paul Grusche and Don Darnell took over the space in 2016, hoping to turn the old industrial facility into a vibrant space for businesses.”
