Charlie Koenn: Associate Broker, CCIM Candidate, graduate of Michigan State University, B.S. degree.

He has been working full time as a licensed realtor since 1996 and obtained his Broker's license in 2004. Charlie has continued his real estate education by completing his Graduate Real Estate Institute designation as well as completing all of the required Certified Commercial Investment Management classes.

Charlie has experience in all facets of real estate with commercial, investment, development and vacant land properties. He has participated in several projects dividing and developing vacant land for clients and as a principal investor. With his knowledge and familiarity in vacant and farm land, Charlie has helped several land owners in Washtenaw, Jackson, Livingston and Ingham Counties sell their property in ways best suited for each of his clients. Charlie grew up on his family's progressive dairy and crop farm in the Chelsea area but watching his grandfather Herman sell real estate for 40+ years is what inspired Charlie to get into the business.

Charlie currently lives in the Dexter area with his wife Ann Marie and their four children, Tracy, Jack, Kevin and Natalie. He enjoys spending time with his family and many of their children's activities coaching softball, baseball and basketball. He also spends several days a year outdoors fishing and hunting.
