DAVID L. HAMILTON, CCIM
Chief Executive Officer
Dave has some thirty eight years' experience in both residential and commercial real
estate. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Eastern Michigan
University, received his license as a Broker in the State of Michigan in 1974,
and has completed numerous professional certification courses, including real
estate principles and practices, real estate law, and real estate finance. He
joined Swisher Commercial in 1992.
Dave has a broad range of managerial and sales expertise, with a special
emphasis on commercial investment sales, commercial development, rezoning, and
industrial sales. He also has experience in vacant land development, condominium
development, apartment complex sales, and leasing.
Dave's professional affiliations include designation as a Certified Commercial
Investment Member (CCIM), as well as membership in the National and State of
Michigan Associations of Realtors, and
Michigan Commercial Board of Realtors. He has been actively involved with
the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors for more than 25 years, serving as
President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Board Member. He was voted Realtor of
the Year in 1980.
Dave lives in the Ypsilanti area with his family and enjoys such outdoor
activities as fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, and photography.
