PAUL K. BIDWELL, MAI, CCIM
Associate Broker
Paul is an Associate Broker and
manager of the Lenawee County
branch office of Swisher
Commercial. He has been a real
estate broker for more than fifteen
years. Paul represents clients in all
types of commercial property
transactions including office, retail,
industrial, multi-family, farms, and
vacant land.
Paul is President and an owner of
Affinity Valuation Group LLC, a
real estate appraisal firm that
represents clients locally and
regionally to provide both
residential and commercial
valuation services. He has provided
real estate counseling and valuation
services for a wide array of clients
since 1984.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1983 and his
Master of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University in 2000. His professional memberships
include the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute and the Certified Commercial
Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. Mr. Bidwell is currently a state
certified general appraiser in the States of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.
Mr. Bidwell has been active in
various professional appraisal
committees including President of
the Great Lakes Chapter for 2002.
He was Chair of the Southeast Sub-
Chapter of the Great Lakes Chapter
of the Appraisal Institute for 1996.
Currently serving on the Tecumseh
Planning Commission allows Paul
to know the details for all types of
real estate developments from the
planning perspective.
Paul and his wife Carolyn have
lived in Tecumseh since 1994. He
enjoys golf, hunting, and other
outdoor activities.
